The difficult economy had a significant impact on my financial situation. Not only did my house quickly loose value but I found myself without a job after the company I worked for went bankrupt. At the time I didn’t know what I was going to do. I couldn’t afford to jump into some get rich quick scam that would waste any of my time but needed to look for a long term career option. I needed a new job and I needed it fast.
Luckily I came across Jobfox.com, a site like careerbuilder.com and monster.com, but one that helped me find a new job that best for me. While going through the job hunt process I took advantage of Jobfox offering to re-write my resume (for a fee) and help me ready myself for the Job Search. There was no Jobfox Scam or any negative experience while I was working with Jobfox as they helped me find companies I fit will with and would “wow” during the interview process. The best part is that Jobfox doesn’t include listings for any Scam businesses or companies. I knew that each interview I had was with a legitimate company and allowed me to prepare for an interview with my next employer. I didn’t have to work with Jobfox for very long because I quickly found a Job. At I’m still with the company thanks to the Jobfox Spam policy that doesn’t allow them to list sketchy companies.
I hate to sound like I’m up on a Soap Box shouting praise to JobFox but without them I may not be in such a good situation. I was able to keep my house, my family together, and move forward with a legitimate company and new career. And I must not be alone. Its been reported that JobFox has over 1 million users every month and is helping match individuals to job openings that they would fit best in.
Resume Writing
I’m really thankful for the help I received from Jobfox. I hadn’t had to update my resume in years and when I lost my job I found that it had quickly become dated. Not only was the information about my skills and experience old but the format of my resume was still old. In Fact, the last time I had created a resume was with WordPerfect. Jobfox offers a resume service to help you get your resume up to speed and show off your skills and talents. I was amazed at how professional it looked and how they helped my resume stand out. There was no Jobfox Scam for resume writing, just solid support and feedback. Thanks guys for helping me find my job!

pretty interesting post here – I haven’t heard of this Jobfox site, but its interesting that they have such a healthy approach to fighting fraudulent listings. lemme check out the site and see if I can find a new job on it, sick of this one already
Great write-up, I’m regular visitor of one’s site, maintain up the nice operate, and It is going to be a regular visitor for a long time.
Definitely believe that which you stated. Your favorite justification seemed to be on the web the simplest thing to be aware of. I say to you, I definitely get irked while people consider worries that they just do not know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the top and defined out the whole thing without having side-effects , people can take a signal. Will probably be back to get more. Thanks
Good blog! I really love how it is easy on my eyes and the data are well written. I am wondering how I might be notified when a new post has been made. I have subscribed to your feed which must do the trick! Have a great day!
Nice site about Jobfox, scams, fraud, etc. been job hunting night and day. time to get hired and start my career. tired of the paper factory warehouse.
Hey, you used to write wonderful, but the last few posts have been kinda boring… I miss your great writings. Past several posts are just a little out of track! come on!
Hey, this is great. Be safe
thanks for that awesome posting. It saved MUCH time
This is really interesting, You are a very skilled blogger. I have joined your rss feed and look forward to seeking more of your fantastic post. Also, I’ve shared your website in my social networks!
In this great scheme of things you’ll get an A for hard work. Where exactly you actually misplaced everybody ended up being in the details. You know, they say, details make or break the argument.. And it could not be much more accurate right here. Having said that, permit me say to you exactly what did give good results. Your article (parts of it) is definitely rather persuasive and that is possibly the reason why I am taking the effort in order to comment. I do not really make it a regular habit of doing that. 2nd, although I can certainly see a jumps in logic you come up with, I am not really sure of exactly how you appear to unite your ideas that produce the actual final result. For now I will, no doubt subscribe to your point however wish in the near future you actually connect your dots better.
There are so many job sites out there! Indeed, Careerbuilder, Monster, Jobfox, Climbers, Ladders, etc… It must be that job searching is big business. I’ve found Jobfox pretty useful. I like the smaller feel of the site, it doesn’t feel overwhelming like Careerbuilder. I created my profile on Jobfox, tweeted it out, etc – its pretty cool and I haven’t seen that feature on other websites.
awesome
There are some interesting closing dates in this article however I don’t know if I see all of them middle to heart. There may be some validity however I will take maintain opinion till I look into it further. Good article , thanks and we want more! Added to FeedBurner as nicely
I loved this article! I have alway wondered what JobFox did. I love that they help you with your resume, instead of just telling you to link your own and warn you about format issues. I am going to sign up with them as soon as possible.
I’ve been job hunting for so long that I’m getting really discouraged. It seems like I keep finding traps and scams instead of legitimate people looking to hire me. Everytime I see work from home now I just run the opposite direction. This jobfox scam policy seems like a compelling reason to maybe use them to find a job.
Thanks for the article, I actually learned something from it. Solid tips you’ve gathered.
I recently launched a career site that lets you get tips via email on a daily basis. Would you mind taking a look and letting me know what you think?
Nice tips, thanks pal!
Awesome work – I think you’ve done a great job putting this site together. Online ripoffs are no joke, you absolutely must be aware of what you are doing. Jobfox is definitely not a scam.
Thanks for the direction. I have also been hunting for a job, and this is a new avenue I would like to explore
Thanks for all of the detail, this was great. I’ve saved all of these tips to review frequently because I’m in the midst of a job search.
Great detail on the company, I really appreciate it. I’ve also found a bunch of other websites that have this same type of information about scam and fraud accusations. It must be tough to beat stuff like that once people are saying it, even if it isn’t true.
Sweet! Pure Sweetness!!!
Great post! It’s amazing that you’ve figured all of these tips out.
Thanks for the information on this. I haven’t completely decided if I’m going to use the site, but I appreciate you putting all of the information that you’ve found together.
This really answered my problem, thank you!
I’ve been compiling information on different scams and ripoffs on the internet, so its helpful to find sites that detail what they’ve found. I’ve documented this and will be adding it to my site as well. Check it out when you get a chance.
This is a really interesting looking job site. I haven’t heard much about it, but its compelling and I’ll check it out
I really like how you’ve put together a ton of details on how people can succeed with a job search. There is a lot of mis-information and flat out wrong tips on what to do with your resume, interview, cover letter, thank you note, etc. Its nice to see a well researched, documented site that covers these topics.
great tips for using this site to find a job. i really need a new one, like now
I love the Job search tips as well! Job searching should be taught at all Universities!

Very interesting entry, I look forward to the next!
I am really interested in what Jobfox is doing to help consumers. The job boards that are popular today are so saturated with almost everything except real job listings. Its hard to dig through all of those college offers and work from home scams to find real employers looking for real jobs. If that is exactly what Jobfox is fighting against, then I’d like to join them in their battle to be successful against the Goliaths in the job listing industry.
Great tips, I like the subject matter
WONDERFUL Post
This is a surprisingly accurate tip
Good points man
I appreciate you pointing this out. Its obvious now that I think about it, but I may have missed actually doing this if I didn’t read this post. Its obvious but appreciated@
Great content, love it!
On step 3 of the registration process, I noted that I wasn’t willing to relocate. Now that I think about it, though, I think I would relocate for the right position. I went in and changed that option, so now I’m looking forward to seeing good career matches for me that maybe are out of this area and a new place for me to explore
That makes perfect sense. Why would they be a scam if they are a real job site? It seems like competitors are attacking jobfox over some false jobfox scam issue
Great ideas for finding the right job through online resources. Networking is critical, but job sites are also a very important piece in the job hunting process. Just beware of scam artists and tricksters who will try to sell you dreams of grandeur and leave you holding the bag.
Great detail on exactly how this site works, I really like that
I’m curious how you found this company – were you using their website at one point? Did you find a job through them? I’ve heard good things about it from my friends.
its amazing how you do that
Hey did you know that you rank #1 in Bing for Jobfox scam? That is how I found you – and its exactly what I was looking for, so thank you
We absolutely love your blog and find nearly all of your post’s to be what precisely I’m looking for. Do you offer guest writers to write content for you? I wouldn’t mind producing a post or elaborating on many of the subjects you write concerning here. Again, awesome web log!
exactly what I needed
Good stuff on the Jobfox scam topic, well researched and thought out
like it, thank you
Good to know
and hey….i wanne say thanks for the usefull knowledge.I just love it!.lol
Booyeah! RiGhT oN! I agree!
What is the Jobfox scam policy? Is it that they keep scammers from joining their site? or something else? please explain a little better
This is exactly what I was looking for on the subject – thanks!
This is getting a bit more subjective, but I tend to think that some of the bigger sites have a lot of spam whereas the Jobfox scam policy blocks the fake stuff from view – I like that, but others may want to see EVERY listing… I have no idea why.
Have you thought about creating an e-book for this? Jobfox is such a cool site, I’d love to see some insider statistics they have on the industry
This was great, such a timesaver indeed
Super motivating thank u
I found a job online, woooohooooo, awesome. No more having to look through newspaper classified ads and junk
Hey, I tried to e-mail you pertaining to this post but it bounced back – how can I get in touch with you? I have a success story to share.
Congrats, on all the exciting news!
Wow! I never knew there were companies out there doing things like jobfox to help get a job. I want more information.
Great content on the controversial fraud topic – its always fascinating to read about this stuff.
I really don’t typically comment on personal blogs, however I really had to let you know that your posts are on point and put together very well. I work via the internet as a journalist. In my spare time, I look over personal blogs for insight and creative ideas. You know, I literally get paid for producing articles of this nature. I’m 100% employed online, and earn much more right now then when I was working my old boring job. Regardless, the organization I write for is actually hiring more writers. I think you would be wonderful at it.
I was thinking about applying for a job that I came across through Jobfox because the employer said that it was easiest to do it there because that is where they were setup. I hadn’t used them before, so I was researching to make sure its legit, and I guess it is. I saw a businessweek article about them and also in a bunch of national newspapers, so I assume the company is real. I really want to get the new job, so I will be signing up with them now – thanks for providing info on it I really appreciate it.
How do I find out more information on the Jobfox Scam policy?
I have jumped around from one job to the other, Jobfox matched me up with a great company 5 months ago. It has been awesome!
I really think this has a lot of potential to take off because it looks at job searching from a different perspective. All of the other sites pretty much do the same thing, but if what I’m reading and understanding is correct, then the matching algorithm here would be pretty unique from what I’m used to in working with other popular job websites. Time to test it out and see if it holds up!
Hi there! This post couldn’t be written any better! Reading through this post reminds me of my previous room mate! He always kept talking about this. I will forward this page to him. Pretty sure he will have a good read. Many thanks for sharing!
I’m not sure exactly why I came here, but it was exactly the type of thing I needed. I’m trying to find a new career myself!
This is crazy – love that it works this way
i really like this topic. i was scammed one time when I thought I was applying for a work from home job, but I ended up having to pay a fee and then never heard from them again. This issue is near and dear to my heart. That is a real scam that needs to be stopped.
Its great to see a company like this attack the “scam” issue head on. I’m tired of looking through job listings only to find that have the open positions are for sketchy companies that don’t do legal work.
Thankfully there are companies like Jobfox that help filter out the crap. I hope that I can find a real position that I fit well in.
One of the interesting aspects of the recession job market is that there is a ton of money in job listings. I like the approach Jobfox takes.
Personally, I’d rather be matched to a company that I fit well with than search through thousands of potential openings, spend time applying, and never having an idea if I’d even fit well with the organization. It would be completely frustrating and unfortunate to deal with something as crazy as getting a job only to find out you hate it, the people you work with, and the company itself.
Match up front is better than walking away from hell later.
